Shipping policy

Enjoy the convenience of having your order delivered directly to your door by one of our courier partners.

Day 1: Order placed and paid

Day 2-7: Preparing you order

Day 7-10: Pack and prepare your order for courier

Day 10-14: Your order is out on delivery and you will receive a tracking number.

Standard delivery takes place during office hours and the shopper cannot select the exact date, or time, for the delivery. 

Warehouse & deliveries are scheduled Monday to Friday 08h00 to 17h00

There are no deliveries after hours, over weekends, or on public holidays. Please take this into consideration when selecting your delivery address.

Deliveries outside of SA, can be done & rates will be quoted directly to the client before ordering please send an email to houterasies@gmail.com

Delivery Timeframes: 

Delivery timeframes for standard delivery depending on your delivery address, postal code, and courier service to your area.

Please note that during high volume periods Houterasies reserves the right to extend their delivery timeframes.

Delivery might then take 20 working days.

We will notify you may a delivery delay arise. 

Tracking your parcel:

A tracking number will be sent to you via email as soon as your order has been shipped.
