Delivery Process

Enjoy the convenience of having your order delivered directly to your door by one of our courier partners. Time frame below is based on business working days only (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays)

Day 1: Order placed and paid

Day 2-5: Processing your order

Day 6-10: Pack and prepare your order for courier

Day 7-14: Your order is ready for the courier to collect and you will receive a tracking number. 

Standard delivery takes place during office hours and the shopper cannot select the exact date, or time, for the delivery. 

Warehouse & deliveries are scheduled Monday to Friday 08h00 to 17h00

There are no standard deliveries after hours, over weekends, or on public holidays. Please take this into consideration when selecting your delivery address.

In the case of our standard delivery, your parcel will be delivered to the address you specified in the checkout process.

Standard delivery 1-14 working days, from payment of your order.

Please note that during high volume periods HeyDa reserves the right to extend their delivery timeframes.

Delivery might then take 20 business working days.

We will notify you may a delivery delay arise. 

Tracking your parcel:

A tracking number will be sent to you via email as soon as your order has been collected by the courier.

Please take note:

This does not include weekends or public holidays.
